Expand description

Debug information pertaining to a user variable.

Fields§

§name: Symbol

The variable name.

§source_info: SourceInfo

Source info of the user variable, including the scope within which the variable is visible (to debuginfo).

§composite: Option<VarDebugInfoFragment>

The user variable’s data is split across several fragments, each described by a VarDebugInfoFragment.

§value: VarDebugInfoContents

Where the data for this user variable is to be found.

§argument_index: Option<u16>

When present, indicates what argument number this variable is in the function that it originated from (starting from 1). Note, if MIR inlining is enabled, then this is the argument number in the original function before it was inlined.

Implementations§

source§

impl VarDebugInfo

source

pub fn local(&self) -> Option<Local>

Return a local variable if this info is related to one.

source

pub fn constant(&self) -> Option<&ConstOperand>

Return a constant if this info is related to one.

source§

impl PartialEq for VarDebugInfo

source§

fn eq(&self, other: &VarDebugInfo) -> bool

This method tests for self and other values to be equal, and is used by ==.
1.0.0 · source§

fn ne(&self, other: &Rhs) -> bool

This method tests for !=. The default implementation is almost always sufficient, and should not be overridden without very good reason.

Layout§

Note: Most layout information is completely unstable and may even differ between compilations. The only exception is types with certain repr(...) attributes. Please see the Rust Reference's “Type Layout” chapter for details on type layout guarantees.
