Built-in attributes and cfg flag gating.
Macros§

- A convenience macro to deal with
$($expr)?. - template 🔒A convenience macro for constructing attribute templates. E.g.,
template!(Word, List: "description")means that the attribute supports forms#[attr]and#[attr(description)]. - ungated 🔒
